    I can't wait to help with the wrapping! The only problem is that we kitties are not allowed to help wrap our own stuff - and that takes up most of the wrapping time!

    I was a very good girl - for me, I mean. MOL I merely SAT on the paper, as you see in the photograph. I didn't try to chase twist-ties, or the rubber band MomKatt had on the roll of wrapping paper ... nor did I try to bat the scissors across the countertop (I like doing that 'cause they glide across the surface so smoothly, dontchaknow?)

    And WELCOME MAX THE QUILT CAT to my nutty blog! I hope you enjoy it!

A Journey - Selina Carter, April 9, 2011 - March 6, 2024

Dearest Furrends: My scribe is typing this entry with a truly heavy heart. Yesterday, I made my journey to The Rainbow Bridge. My doctor, Dr. Daniel, told me in November 2023 that I had something called a "mass" that she could feel when she did something she called "palpating" my underside during my annual well-kitty exam. It didn't hurt - it just felt like she was squeezing me a little. She told Mom&DadKatt, who were there with me (of course) and suggested several options. They decided to start giving me a medicine called prednisone (I called it YUCK ). Dr. D said it would really boost my appetite. Boy, did it! See, MomKatt noticed I'd lost a fair amount of weight in a couple of months prior and she knew something was wrong. I've always been a big (not fat, just big) beautiful one-eyed thang, as y'all know, so this wasn't normal. It's that MomKatt radar - I know all of y'alls pawrents have it. Hi peeps! Yes, it's me! Back again after a little over a year. I've missed you all and hope some of you at least are still hanging in there with me. My friend Summer's blog is having traffic troubles. I hear in the blog community that this is happening with other cat bloggers, too. So I thought I'd better try mine out, because MK and I were worried that the link was no longer in service. If there's anyone out there that still subscribes, please let us know if you can comment. MK's been thinking about reviving my blog because we DID enjoy posting my adventures for you all to experience and learn about! But we got slack (ahem, MK got slack. I've been here all along and would have been updating had I had AN OPPOSABLE THUMB! Why can't we get THOSE on Amazon????) All the kits here are well, but last week we were told Boudicca was diabetic.
