She won noms for THE GOATHOUSE REFUGE ! MomKatt had even forgotten she had entered their contest! (She says she never win s anything. MOL) The prize to the winn er was $10 0 worth of their choice of Halo pet pr oducts (cat f ood in our case) . Additionally, the winner got to name the shelter to which 5,000 meals of Hal o's Spot's Stew would be donated! The Goathouse Refuge is a no-kill shelter located in Pittsboro, NC, founded by potter and artist Siglinda Scarpa seven years ago. It is comprised of 16 acres where the cats live the good life while waiting for their forever homes....
