Wishing Wednesday - For Nerissa

Hi peeps!

I'm calling today "Wishing Wednesday" because I'm wishing that my very dear furriend, Nerissa, gets through his surgery today with flying colors.  MomKatt& I are very concerned for him, and we'd like to take today to wish him well & let him know we love him & that I and all the Carter Clowder are purring for him!

Nerissa, we're glad you answered our blog award questions and we enjoyed reading your responses very much!  My peeps are "Masterpiece Theatre" fans, too - do yours like "Downton Abbey"?  My MomKatt sure does!

Come back to us soon, my furriend, and regale us with your hospital "tales".  We're waiting here for you.

    Selina we are purring for Nerissa too. There is an update in his comment s that said he did well in surgery!!!!!!!!

Dearest Furrends: My scribe is typing this entry with a truly heavy heart. Yesterday, I made my journey to The Rainbow Bridge. My doctor, Dr. Daniel, told me in November 2023 that I had something called a "mass" that she could feel when she did something she called "palpating" my underside during my annual well-kitty exam. It didn't hurt - it just felt like she was squeezing me a little. She told Mom&DadKatt, who were there with me (of course) and suggested several options. They decided to start giving me a medicine called prednisone (I called it YUCK ). Dr. D said it would really boost my appetite. Boy, did it! See, MomKatt noticed I'd lost a fair amount of weight in a couple of months prior and she knew something was wrong. Hi peeps! Yes, it's me! Back again after a little over a year. I've missed you all and hope some of you at least are still hanging in there with me. My friend Summer's blog is having traffic troubles. I hear in the blog community that this is happening with other cat bloggers, too. So I thought I'd better try mine out, because MK and I were worried that the link was no longer in service. If there's anyone out there that still subscribes, please let us know if you can comment. MK's been thinking about reviving my blog because we DID enjoy posting my adventures for you all to experience and learn about! But we got slack (ahem, MK got slack. I've been here all along and would have been updating had I had AN OPPOSABLE THUMB! Why can't we get THOSE on Amazon????) All the kits here are well, but last week we were told Boudicca was diabetic.
