MomKatt's experimenting again ....

... and she picks me to experiment on with her new iPhone camera.  Oh well ... it's a living.  See these various sides of MOI!  (Ain't I cute, though?)





This is me last weekend, when Mom&DadKatt were preparing to go to VIR (Virginia International Raceway) for the day.  It was a VERY cold day, so DadKatt planned to take his Aston Martin jacket - which is also very fall-like, since it's pumpkin-colored.  Look at my eye color!  It really picked up the yellow in my eye, didn't it?  MomKatt said she'd never seen me with a yellow eye before!

Even *I* don't remember what it was I was looking at, but I was QUITE intent about it, wasn't I?  MomKatt said the shot showed off my "graceful body shape"!  MOL  WhatEVER!

OK raise your paws if you think the mouse mat is just THE coolest water bowl mat EVER!!  (And it is, too!)  (Those are MomKatt's feet BTW.  She cut off my butt, too! MOL)

Lastly:

Here I am, enjoying some Purina kibble (I'd had enough of the Blue Buffalo Wilderness in the bowl next to me; I wanted a change of pace.)

She just LOVES taking pictures of me!  Then again, she just LOVES ME!

    Hannah & Lucy ... I *am* loved!!! I'm living the Life of Riley ... and (whispers) I think Morticia is a little bit jealous! MOL

    But no, I know she's very special to MomKatt and we EACH have our own place in her heart (and DadKatt's too, but Sasha & Boudicca are "his girls", technically. MomKatt gets all us "black beauties" and the Meezers and the (now one) Abyssinian.

    These are actually pretty good shots for a camera phone - my human wants an iPhone really badly, in part because it has a better camera than her clunky old Blackberry!

    Sparkle, MomKatt had a Samsung and she says the iPhone is TONS better. She was eligible for a phone upgrade w/Verizon, and got $50 off the phone, ending up only paying $99 for it! So she decided that was the best price she was going to get!

Dearest Furrends: My scribe is typing this entry with a truly heavy heart. Yesterday, I made my journey to The Rainbow Bridge. My doctor, Dr. Daniel, told me in November 2023 that I had something called a "mass" that she could feel when she did something she called "palpating" my underside during my annual well-kitty exam. It didn't hurt - it just felt like she was squeezing me a little. She told Mom&DadKatt, who were there with me (of course) and suggested several options. They decided to start giving me a medicine called prednisone (I called it YUCK ). Dr. D said it would really boost my appetite. Boy, did it! See, MomKatt noticed I'd lost a fair amount of weight in a couple of months prior and she knew something was wrong. Bag Day!

Meowlo, Peeps! Today is Bag Day and Keaton is demonstrating some of the many different things he can do with an ordinary paper sack from the grocery store. He claims it's environmentally responsible, as he's upcycling a natural resource. Do you buy that? Whatever ...  Anyway, here he is.  As you might notice, he enjoys a variety of bags from different places (i.e. he has no taste and will take ANYTHING that comes along.)  This one is from Lowe's Foods grocery store.    This one is from Jersey Mike's subs. We all loved that one because it smelled soooooo good but he wormed his under it and none of us could get in.       We never got into it and in the end, it's cool because MomKatt got a hilarious photo out of it! (We have NO clue what he's doing in there.  Doesn't he have a great butt, though??)   Uh oh ... bag change! Well(er) Wednesday

Good morning pee ps and happy Wednesday! It' s me, your favorite uniocular kitty, back at the helm and, if not "rarin'" to go, at least feeling WAY better than I was almost thi s time last week. How do we k now I'm better?  Photos do n't lie.  Here I am this morning, doing my favorite morning activity :  snoopervising the coffee-making M omKatt . Se e, MomKatt's pretty bleary in the AMs, having just gotten up & all.  So sometimes an "extra eye" is needed, just to mak e sure she gets it right.  Yeah, I got one of them! ( No, MomKatt, the coffee goes in t he filter, NOT the water!  MOL) And, of course, the highlight of my morning java snoopervision is catching, and then applying my Patented Smacky Paws to, th e Wil d Coffee Scoop (those can be d angerous when cornered) ... thusly.
